I know these are secrets of the trade, but if you don't mind my asking, how do you distort an icon so that it looks like it's laid on a surface, viewed from a side?

Like, as in, how would you change the "movie" icon from this folder icon (2nd last row, 3rd from the right [link])

into that on this drive icon?
